Tatima Shajra
The sheet drawn when a Killa or Khasra is partitioned, showing the new shares of a parent parcel that the main Musavi still draws as one. A holding divided among heirs usually cannot be understood from the Musavi alone.
How to get it: Prepared by the Patwari after a partition or a sale of part of a parcel, and held with the village record at the tehsil. Ask for the Tatima alongside the Musavi sheet for the parent Killa.
Intkaal (mutation)
The entry that records a transfer by sale, inheritance or partition against the holding. Until it is sanctioned the Jamabandi still shows the previous owner, which is what a buyer checking a Killa number actually needs to know.
How to get it: Applied for at the tehsil, with the Patwari preparing the entry and the Revenue Officer sanctioning it. Mutation status is worth checking before relying on a downloaded Fard for a purchase.
