These terms govern your use of Village Map Joiner (villagemapjoiner.in), operated by Ajay GB, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app does
Village Map Joiner lets you assemble adjacent village survey-map sheets (such as Indian cadastral / FMB-style sheets) into one continuous map in your browser. Assembling and previewing are free. Exporting the finished, full-resolution file costs a one-time fee of ₹299 per export, charged through Razorpay.
Not an official record
The app is a tool for arranging and joining map images you already have. It does not issue, certify or replace official land records. The maps and outputs are for your own reference and convenience only. Official documents — FMB sketches, Patta/Chitta, A-Register, village maps and the like — must be obtained from the relevant Government of Tamil Nadu portals and offices. We make no claim about the accuracy, currency or legal validity of any map you process.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to use them. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Because files are processed on your own device, keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
Payments and refunds
The export fee is a one-time charge per export, payable through Razorpay. As the export is a digital file delivered immediately on payment, fees are generally non-refundable once a download has been provided. If a payment is charged but the download fails, or you are charged more than once for the same export, contact us and we will review and resolve genuine cases.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its code belong to Ajay GB. The map content you upload and the joined maps you create remain yours.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on maps you assemble with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid export is limited to the amount you paid for that export.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
