When you need this

Get the FMB PDF for the parent survey number being partitioned. If the family land runs across adjacent numbers, download each of those sheets too.

No, that is expected. The parent FMB keeps showing the undivided survey number until a subdivision survey is carried out and the record is redrawn.
Can I show unequal shares?+
