Privacy Policy

Your files stay on your device

The app is built to work entirely in your browser. The PDFs you add — including any survey maps, FMB sketches or village maps — are rendered, cropped, joined and exported locally on your own device. These files are never uploaded to our servers and we never see, store or transmit your map content.

Payments

Assembling and previewing your map is free. Exporting the finished file costs a one-time fee, which is processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. When you pay, Razorpay collects and processes the payment information you enter (such as card or UPI details) under its own privacy policy. We do not collect or store your card or banking details.

To create and verify a payment, our server handles only the minimal transaction data needed (for example a Razorpay order ID and payment ID). This is used solely to confirm a successful payment and unlock your download.

Information we collect

You do not need to create an account to use the app. We do not require your name, address or phone number to assemble or export maps. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as is typical for any website.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app may use essential browser storage only to remember your settings and keep the editor working.

Third-party services

The only third-party service involved in normal use is Razorpay, for payments. Government land-record portals you visit to download your maps (such as eservices.tn.gov.in or tnlandsurvey.tn.gov.in) are run by the Government of Tamil Nadu and have their own privacy policies.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
