SPT
The Santhal Pargana Tenancy Act, which governs Dumka, Deoghar, Godda, Sahibganj, Pakur and Jamtara. It restricts transfer of tribal land more strictly than the CNT Act does, and which of the two applies follows from the district the land is in.
