The crop and possession inspection recorded against each Khasra, season by season. In Delhi it matters well beyond agriculture: it is often the record relied on to show who was in possession of a parcel at a given time.
Requested from the Patwari for the revenue village, or the tehsil office. Not reliably available online.
Lal Dora certificate
Confirms that a property falls inside the Lal Dora — the abadi (settled) area of a revenue village, historically outside municipal building rules. Buyers and lenders ask for it because the answer changes what can be built and how the title is treated.
Issued by the office of the Revenue Department / SDM for the district, against the revenue village and Khasra number. The Shajra shows you where the Lal Dora boundary runs.
